The BagDrop unit fulfils different functions through the application of state-of-the-art and proven technologies. It contains different elements which are all integrated and aligned with each other.

The unit contains a tilting belt for controlled bag alignment and smooth bag acceptance. This allows the machine to precisely insert bag items to a collector belt. The available bag data can be used to optimise this process of insertion. The door and access sensors are built in for safety reasons.

Easy maintenance and quick exchange is done by the maintenance door in the body in combination with the sliding frame. Normal operational activities such as replacing of printing paper has also been special attention in the design.
